The Idaho FFA Board of Directors is the governing body for Idaho FFA along with the student membership delegates. They recommend actions to delegates, approve recommendations from delegates, and help guide organizational decision making.

Clara-Leigh Evans, Idaho FFA Executive Director, ends her dedicated tenure to the Idaho FFA Organization on May 31, 2024. We support her fully as she continues to make the world a better place, just as she stewarded the Idaho FFA Association and grew our organization’s impact. In the gap between her departure and hiring and training a new Executive Director, it is our goal to create clear communication and expectations for continued smooth operation in day-to-day activities of the Idaho FFA Association. The University of Idaho, Idaho Division of Career Technical Education, and Idaho FFA Foundation are committed to supporting Idaho FFA during the transition, aiming for improved efficiency, communication, and program quality. Below is an outline of the support you will receive during the transition. Please check back soon to see a formal communication directory.

Clara-Leigh Evans, FFA Executive Director – Full Support and Full Capacity through State Convention. Will begin to step back from Mid-April onwards and shift focus to capturing transition documents. Last day is May 31. University of Idaho is projected to rehire by Mid-June.

Shianne Gammon, FFA CTSO Manager – Increase support by about 10% through the end of March, transition to ownership of State Officer Team Coordination for FFA Management and work with Clara Leigh to capture and record SOP’s for all events and duties.

Carly Weaver, FFA Foundation Executive Director – Increase Support by hosting State Officer Business & Industry Tours. May help organize legislative meetings during State Officer Summit as needed.

Janine Hodges, AFNR Program Manager, State Advisor – Help document & update procedure manuals for FFA Management and provide contextual support as needed and requested. Provide as needed support for certifying teams for the National Convention and any other technical support.

Sydney Ledesma, AFNR & FFA Administrative Assistant– Help document & update procedure manuals for FFA Management and provide additional administrative support for additional travel and duties shifted onto the Division of Career Technical Education during transition period (through August). Increase support by managing the certification of qualifying teams; managing turnover of the membership year; providing additional support of the National Officer Candidate Sifting Process.

Lori Idsinga Career Success Coordinator– Continue to support Career Success. Will take over managing National Officer Candidate Sifting Process.

Lindsey Arnold, FFA Foundation Program & Events Manager– Providing support to Carly during B&I Tours, POC for other State Staff for additional resources.

Lisa Costa, Assistant Director of Student Leadership – Providing leadership and additional support to CTSO Manager through transition process.
